Puree it first, then add 1 cup soft butter, and 3 tablespoons liquid honey. Blend at high speed until well combined. Delicious on warm lea bis- cuits or muffins. FRESH STRAWBERRY BUTTER Having waffles or pancakes 'for breakfast some morning soon 7 These special butters mako a good change-of pace from traditionalsyrups. While fresh strawberries are in season, puree 1 cup of sliced berries in the blender. Add 112 cup soft butter end cup sifted icing sugar. Blend at high speed until combined. If the mixture curdles at first blend a little longer, it should smooth out.
