Born in Kayville, Sask.. in 1921, the late Mr. Salahor moved to Lethbridge at an early age and was raised and educated here. Following services overseas with the E.C.A.F. in the Second World War, he returned to Lethbridge and became a well known business man in the city, purchasing Jones Brown Rug Co. in 1957.
