White, vice president, Pro- grams, NBC-TV. The two actor-comedians will >e joined by guest stars in com- edy sketches, monologues and nongs, covering a wide range >f subject matter. "In addition to their great in- dividual Mr. White said, "Don Adams and Don tickles have demonstrated ime and time again that they ire one of the great comedy earns in show business. The ong standing close friendship vhich they enjoy off camera to reinforce their per- ormance, resulting in a great on-stage rapport. We are de- ighted to be able to present hem together again." Don Adams and Don Rickles, both native New York- ers, are among the major com- edy talents in show business oday. Adams, a three time Smmy winner, starred in two V3C-TV series "Get Smart" nd "The Partners" and was regular on "The Bill Dana Show." He has appeared on vir- oally every major television alk and variety program, and s in great demand for night- lub and concert appearances. Don Rickles, sometimes nown as "Mr. has tarred in two television series on ABC and has hosted everal editions of the "Kraft Popular program Since its inception in 1969, BC-TV's Man Alive series raws a weekly audience of nore than one million viewers. ONCE TOUR GUIDE Michael Richardson, who'll ortray an automotive expert n NBC-TV's new series, premiering this fall, as once a tour guide at NBC i New York, primarily doing uty with "The Tonight Show tarring Johnny Carson." CBC-TV Fall plans In announcing the Canadian programming in its 1973-74 En- glish network television sched- ule, the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation has outlined sev- eral new series focusing on Canada as it was and is, an. upsurge in television drama, two new music series, and nsw afternoon talk show. The National Dream, The Days Before Yesterday, The West, and two more Images of Canada programs are all new series dealing wilh Canada. IB drama, The Play's the Thing, [3 one-hour taped dramas by Canada's top authors; CBC Drama '73 a ten-week anthol- ogy film drama series; The Collaborators, a one-hour film series on forensic crime-d'etec- ion; and Delilah, CBC's first situation comedy to be taped >efore a live studio audience, vill bring new elements to the network schedule.
