An evaluative report on last summer's program suggested that Opportunities for Youth reached "the most privileged of the underprivileged groups in our university stu- dents. It recommended that the program be expanded to serve all the unemployed. Outlining final statistics on Opportunities for Youth this year, Mr. Pelletier said the million program has provided jobs across Canada.
