'Our green set is one of a kind and is a duplicate for the jungte foliage so abundant in Jamaica where some scenes are being said producer Gerald Mayer. "We didn't intend to have a set this size but for reality and effect we expanded the original garden to twice the size." The foliage is made up of jungle and southern plants and a great deal of care goes into the upkeep of this greenery. Because of the delicacy of these tropical plants they are kept under ultra-violet lighting when not being used on the set. In order to protect them from the heat of the lighting grids, gels are utilized to lessen the intensity of the big lights. DEAR DICK: Please enlighten me. The little girl who played in "Thanksgiving Treasure" and "A House Without a Christmas Tree" did she also play in Here Come the Brides? In the latter she was grow up, of course. I don't recall her name but she was the thin, giggling gal and resembled the little girl in those first two shows I mentioned. MRS. R.V.F. London, Minn. The thin, giggling girl in Here Come the Brides was Susan Tolsky. That show was cancelled long before the other two shows, the Thanksgiving and Christmas specials, were even written. It was Lisa Lucas who starred in those two. DEAR DICK: A few years CBS had two fine aews commentators on the early CBS news, John Hart and Joseph Benti. John Hart is very much in it yet, but what happened to Joseph Benti? Is he still with CBS? HAROLD S. WAINWRIGHT, Mobile, Ala.
