Editor Lethbridge Herald: afternoon my wife was- down town shopping and wishing to purchase some fruit was looking at the stock of Chow Sam Co. She and her sister had been there about a minute, when they were ordered to move on by a member of the city police. Now, here is where I register a kick. If this is .a new law the sooner it is wiped oft the map the better, for no woman wants to be placed in a foolish posi- tion like that. I would like the chief to explain to the general public so as to avoid any further unpleasant- ness in the future. Yours truly, F. W. BENNETT, made by P.
