Two other barley quotas, the five-bushel C quota and the D quota also amounting to five bushels, will terminate June 9 and June 30 respectively. The special 15-bushel quota for barley is being introduced to bring increase producer de- iverias to country afors. Producer deliveries of barley have not kept pace with rail shipments from country eleva- tors since the opening of navi- gation from Thunder Bay. C. W, Gibbings, commision- er of the wheat board, said that shipping orders have already been placed for every carload of barley currently available in country elevators in Manitoba and Saskatchewan.
