An itinerary said Mr. Trudeau ill arrive at St. Pierre Aug. 3 board the Canadian Coast uard vessel Sir William Alex- ander for "an informal and un- four-hour visit. Reporters accompanying Mr. rudeau on the tour have been dvised they will need a pass- ort for the morning visit to St. ierre-Miquelon, last remnant f the French colonial empire hi [orth America.
