In the early 1930's he was employed by Lethbridge Northern and in 1943 started farming in the Picture Butte district. In 1959 he moved to where he has resided until his passing. He is survived by two Mr. William Duncan of Mr. Wayne Duncan of one daughter. Mrs. R. Miller of seven grandchildren. He was predeceased by his wife in 1950.
