En- gineer Sinclair oi US Second street south ot this ciU, was instantly killed yesteiday afternoon between Wmniired and Bulls Head. The de- ceased young man had only quite ic- cently enlisted in the service of the C.-P R as a brake-man, and it was -ivhllo in the discharge ol his iiulies that he met his death. It seems that young Sinclair was travelling Irom the caboose to the engine on top oi -the freight train on which he was operating which is said to have been running at a speed of about fifteen miles an hour In some unaccount- able manner the unfortunate lad seems to have lost his balance and fallen between the cars, as when the body was discovered the head and arms w ere lound completely severed anil lying on ono side oi the track, Ihc body itself was- lying be- tween the rails No one seems to have .witnessed the accident. .The re- mains were taken to Medicine ITat last night from Winmfred on train NO. oil, and an inquest is being held this afternoon.
