(AP) After a steady, deadly rise for more than 30 years, the rate of heart attack deaths among white men has begun to decline, a noted expert on heart disease prevention has found. He was a member of St. Gerard's Church and of the Knights of Columbus. He was active in Kelvin Grove, Chinook Park Community especially Boys' Hockey and also a member of the Canyon Meadows Golf Club.'He had donated time to the Drug and Alcoholism Foundation and was active in the Progressive Conservative Party.
