But Representative Al Ullman (Dem. Ore.) indicated some misgivings about a 6 6 uvui a reported Ford proposal to dis- tribute the tax cut to Americans through special lax rebate cheques for 1974 taxes. "We are not in agreement on Ullman said of procedures to implement the tax cut he discussed in a White House meeting with Ford.
