The Lethbridge Herald (Newspaper) - January 8, 1974, Lethbridge, Alberta tW Slack coal Is being loaded Into a truck above from a hopper which dumps pounds at a time into the truck box. The slack Is taken from a bin at the right hopper by a conveyor belt after being separated from larger chunks. The slack can be mixed with larger chunks to provide cheaper heat.
