Be sure to identify your club and please provide the reporter's name and telephone number. Members of the Hoping Nimble Needles Clothing Club have decided to order attendance pins for 1974. Marge Mitzel has announc- ed a leaders' workshop at Banff, March 9-14. The 4-H camp will be held July 2-6 this year. The club oratorical com- petition will be held March 12 in Hoping Recreation Centre. The club approved a mo- tion to buy a steam iron. A sewing meeting will be held Feb. 26. The executive of the Rocky Ridge Riders Light Horse Club voted for snow- mobiling and skating ac- tivities in January. The party went over as planned on Jan. 31 at Tim Pontarollo's ranch. It was a cold night but, with a huge bonfire for light and heat it was quite enjoyable. Hot dogs toasted on the fire, potato chips, marshmallows, and hot chocolate was enjoyed by all. We thank Tim and Lorraine Pontarollo for taking charge of the party. Feb. 7 was our public speaking night. There were two seniors, Kathy Pon- tarollo and Don Kerr who participated. The two juniors who talked were Scott Olsen and Brian Wat- son. Don Kerr and Brian Watson were the winners.
