Lethbridge Herald, The (Newspaper) - February 21, 1975, Lethbridge, Alberta Friday, THE LETHBRIDQE HERALD -13 Judo... Judo has been sold out since competitions began in the sport at Winston Churchill High School Wed- nesday, and with the action and color shown here it's easy to account for it's popularity. Im- mediatetly above, the 187-pound gold medal winner Harry Nadolny looks to be in trouble at the hands of silver medalist Jack Hlrose. Hlrose is from Ontario, Nadolny from B.C. Along the top are .a competitor getting a foot taped; Guy Pomahac of Lethbridge throwing Hubert Marchbank of P.E.I.: an Ontario team member viewing the action; and the event's score- board. Below are Carol Murakami of Coaldale carry- ing medals to be presented; the overall scene at Winston Churchill; and Harry Nadolny exhausted after medal-winning bout.
