She was 8 IDS. IVz ozs. Proud grandparents are Mr. and Mrs John Boychuk of Lethbridge and Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Hornberger of Fort Macleod DEATHS DEATHS DEATH MAKE Passed away suddenly in the city on Tuesday, February 19, 1974 Mrs. Clare Aileen Mane at the age of 54 years, beloved wife of Mr. Herbert Mahe of 302 24 St. S. Born in Bassano, raised and educated in several southern Alberta points, the late Mrs. Mahe was a graduate of Vancouver General Hospital in Nursing. In the 1950's she moved to Lethbridge where she has resided until her passing. Besides her loving husband Herbert, she is survived by two daughters, Mrs. M. A. (Randi Lee) Richardson and Mrs. S. (Mary Ellen) Ramias both of Lethbridge; two grandchildren and one brother, Mr. Gordon Ball of McKILLOP Passed away in the city on Monday, February 18, 1974 after a lengthy illness, Mr George Bremner -McKillop at the age of 77 years, beloved husband of Mrs. Davina McKillop of 1219 6 Ave. S. Born, raised and educated in Lethbridge, the late Me. McKillop served in the first World War overseas. For over forty years he was supervisor of physical education in the city public schools and was cadet instructor for many years. He was also Superintendent of Sunday School at Southminster Church for thirty-five years. He was an honorary member of the Rotary Club, a member of Masonic Lodge No. 39 Lethbridge, Pemmican Club and the Historical Society. Besides bis loving wife Davina, he is survived by one daughter, Mrs. R. P-. (Dorothy) Boulton of Lethbridge, and four grandchildren. He was predeceased by four sisters and three brothers. The funeral service will be held at p.m. on Thursday, February 21, 1974 in Southminster United with Rev. Kenneth Morris officiating. Interment will follow in the Family Plot Mountain View Cemetery. Mr. Smith was born in Inkster, North Dakota, Aug. and came to Bow Island in 1909. In 1915 he married Stella Hamel and moved to Coaldale in 1919, where he served for many years as Town Councillor and as Mayor.
