The suit filed yesterday in United States Superior Court asks The two productions referred to in the suit were a Las Vegas Hilton nightclub appearance in 1973 and an upcoming television special. ACTOR CHARGED SANTA MONICA, Calif. (AP) Television actor Stu Gilliam has been found guilty of a misdemeanor resulting from an axe-swinging incident at a Hollywood restaurant. Gilliam, 40, was alleged to have brandished a deadly weapon in a threatening manner. The star of the recently cancelled television series' Roll Out will be sentenced Feb. 27. He faces a maximum penalty of six months in jail and a fine. ARRESTED LAS VEGAS, Nev. (Reuter) Linda Lovelace of the pornographic movie Deep Throat was arrested Thursday night on charges of possession of cocaine.
