Canada Manpower centre manager in Edmonton. Mr. Fox said in an interview that more than 3.200 workers will benefit from the program, which is an addition to the regular retraining program carried on by the federal de- partment of manpower and immigration. Trainees will primarily be drawn from among those whc have become jobless and will be eligible for living allow- ances ranging from to S110 a week. The cost will be borne by the federal government.
