After Santa left the dance started and alt enjoyed themsji^ves. A collection was taken for the Navy League which adiounted to $60; expenses were paijd and $40 the Required amount handed to the good cause. Everyone was well pleased with the' entertainment. On the following night a similar entertainment was held in the Owens school. All had a good 4^ime. Santa was present there also and was as usual very generous. Mr. Coombs of the school - Is In Cardston spending the holidays with his folks. � : Mr. N. C. Tregloan is spending tjie^ week end in the city. Miss White of Owens school, la spending the holidays in Cardston, her home. T Mr. Darvell Perkins Is spending'his holidays in Calgary. Mr. and Mrs. Heasshic are visiting their daughter, Mrs. Nate, in the 'Hat.. On Dec. 20th the thermometer registered 30 below zero.
