Ban on Sunday driving considered BONN The West German government is con- sidering switching from its Sunday driving ban to a fuel- saving scheme in which Ger- mans will be banned from driving three days a month on rotation. A government spokesman told a news conference that the proposed to begin in will be voted on by the cabinet Wednesday.
