For more than a thousand years the Fames have been a bird sanctuary. Eight of 10 most-viewed programs seen on CBC-TV In the thirteen areas in Canada served by both CBC and CTV stations eight out of the ten most - viewed programs in an early November sunrey were seen on CBC television. The survey was taken by the Bureau of Broadcast Measurement and covers the period from Nov. 1st to Nov. 14th. CTV's production of the Miss Canada Pageant topped the list with an audience of 3,307,000 viewers. Otiher Canadian produced programs in the top ten included Hockey Night In Canada (CBC), 2,561,000, fifth; Hockey Night In Canada (CTV) 2,353,000, sixth; and Anne Again, the latest Anne Mmray special on the CEC, in eighth place wdth 2,135,000 viewers.
