Recreation League holds practices Witli the Henderson Lake Arena now in operation the City Recreatioai Hockey League can get down to some serious business. This year five clubs will toil in the CRHL wdtli two new entries. The Labor Club, Purity Bottling and the University of Leth-bridge are back into the swing of things while the Miners Library and the WiUiarais Flyers are just starting. The Labor Chib wUl hold their first practice of the season tonight from eight o'clock to 9:30 p.m. while Simday, the WO-liams Flyers will hit the ice during the same hours. Two clubs will practice Monday, -iWth the U of L Prong-horns scheduled from eight o'clock to 9:30 p.m. and the Wilhains Flyers following right after. In Lethbridge, the Catholic Centi'al Cougars and the Ma-gratli Zeniths will lock horns to see who remains undefeated in league play. The Cougars sport a 2-0 record while the Zeniths are 1-0. It is also understood that the winner of tonight's contest will represent the league in the annual Lutheran Invitational Basketball Toui-nament in RegLna. In Cardston, the Medicine Hat McCoy High School will taste action for the first time tliis season tangling with the host Cougars. McCoy hope to start things off on the right foot while the Cougars plan to improve their 1-2 record. Both games are set for 8 p.m. with a "B" Boy's encounter prior to it starting at 6:30 p.m. Meanwhile in Southwest Bas-ketbaE action, three games are on tap for both the boy's and girl's divisions. In the boy's division, Coal-dale Kate Andrews Spartans host the Stirling Lakers, Fort Macleod Flyers travel to Picture Butte and the Winston Churchill Bulldogs take on the league leading Erl Rivers Comets in Milk River.
