Dis- trict Officers A. E. Dnpcn, D. C. Ran- ger, and Thos. II. Fleet-wood, D. S. Treasurer, were in attendance, also a number of the officers from Court j Star. The D. C. R. delivered an appro- priate address on the business of the evening, stating that he hoped that the members in selecting their respect IVQ officers would be governed by minds uninfluenced by bias of party' and by doing so place in office the fittest. J. E.
