Lethbridge Herald, The (Newspaper) - December 6, 1973, Lethbridge, Alberta Mileage fixing illegal VICTORIA -Jointac- tion to prevent tampering with automobile odometers in the used car business was promised Wednesday by federal Consumer Affairs Minister Herb Gray and his provincial Phyllis Young.
