Within a short time therefore, the people of the town will be enjoying the pleasure of talking to one another over the town 'nhone. Mr. Wright visi;ed the approaches to the Bow river ferry, under instruction from the provincial government, and stated when he returned th�t' it was absolutely necessary for the interests of the settlers that theapproach-es to the ferry be at once improved, and he thought Uiat the task of bettering them'will at once be undertak en. 'I'iie settlers aotttbeast ot here and south of the Bow river would like tc have a ferry across the Bow river a short distance south of the HoJ-sa Shoe bend.
