Eleven of the industrial index's 17 sub-groups edged lower. Chemical, food processing, steel and trust and loan issues posted fractional advances. Tcck A was unchanged at ?5.65. The company announced it has its equity interest in Tri- bag Mining to 30 per cent by purchasing an additional shares.
