The solicitor-general's depart- ment announced the ".jjpoint- menls Friday. Members of the board, all physicians, were nominated earlier by the Cana- dian Psychiatric Association. They are Robert 0. Jones, Halifax; Lionel Bcliveau, Mont- real; F. C. Clialke, Ottawa; P. E. Coburn, Saskatoon; A. M. Marcus, Vancouver' Noel Gar- ncau, Montreal; C. K.
