U.S. OFFICIALS SAY N Washiiigton, Aug. 14.-The anomalous stand of the Bolshevikl in declaring a state of war with Great Britain and France because o the landing of troops on the Murman Coast, and not including the United States in this declaration, although'this country has acted in unison with the forces of the allies, is not understood here. Of-flcials regard the situation as Berious. It Is believed that since his last report to the state deparfment. United States Consul Poole has found his situation at Moscow untenable, and has turned over the affairs ot fho United States In that city to the cousulate of some neutral country. On the other hand, it Is suggested that in view of the flight ot Lenine and Trotzky to Kronstadt. the Bolshevikl government in MoBCOw may have been overthrown hy one of the opposing tactions, or a consolidation ot several opponents ot the Soviet government. In that case, Mr. Poole probably would remain in Mosco-w. ARLOW'S EAT ARKET Phone 796 1110 sixth Avtnue 8. ""^YSSe^uw^aTIS?"
