(h) On tho part of the Cily, that should the Company enlarge its said mill or construct another mill so that the said new or enlarged mill shall have a total capacity of at least 'lOO barrels per 21 hours, or should the Company during the said term of fifteen years erect a mill additional to that first above referred to, so that the original and addit -ional mill together shall have a capacity of at least 500 barrels per 24 hours, then that the City will grant to tho Company total exemption from taxation by the Municipality (whether in respect of municipal, school or other taxes, rates or assessments, other than local improvement taxes and local improvement assessments) for and during an additional period of five years to commence on the aist day of Docomlier, 1932 and to determine on the SUst day of December, 192".
