KirkpatricK, 40, who expects to ba ordained a priest in Sep tember, met Canadian Opppsi' turn Leader Robert Stanfield during his recent visit here. Mr. Stanfield wanted to get an inside picture on the Lon don drug problem and picked Kirkpatrick as his informant. "I found him sincere, honest snd Stanfield said in an interview later. "His view is that these hard- drug users hare some inner problem and when the worker establishes a relationship of confidence with these addicts, the problem can be discovered and can become the basis of the treatment used."
