Farquharson, president and chief executive officer of Tex- aco Canada Ltd., says price re- straint by business must be tnatched at least by equivalent reslraing in spending by govern- ments at all levels. EDMONTON (CP) Four hundred paratroopers of the Edmonton-based Canadian Air- borne Regiment will invade Southampton Island at the north end of Hudson Bay for military exercises next month. A K-man Pathfinder Platoon will be dropped at Coral Har- bor in the island's South'Bay May 11 and will be followed two days later by the main group, led by Maj. Mike Barr. The main group will be fer- ried by nine Hercules aircraft on a five-hour, flight from Canadian' Forces Base Edmonton.
