(Spe- cial) Contracts totalling nearly arc to be awarded to cover tlie cost ol construclion of two SPRINT Missle sites in the Shelby-Con- rad district some 35 miles south of the Canadian border. When the sites are completed and the SPRINTS placed into position, the missiles are to bo used to protect the Minulcman missiles as an anti-missile mis- sile which are strung along tlie U.S.-Canda border in the Amer- ican defence system.
