(Evelyn) Paulson, both of Calgary; and beloved grandfather of six grand- children and one great- grandchild, passed away in a Calgary Hospital following a brief illness at the age of 88 years. Born at Newcastle-on- Tyne, England, Mr. Scott moved to Saskatchewan in 1906 and to Taber, Alberta in 1928. He was a well known grain buyer, retiring in 1957 and moved to Calgary in 1964. A son, Norman Scott, predeceased him in 1940. Mr. Scott was a member of the Anglican Church in Taber and took a very active interest in church affairs and was a member of the choir for many years. Upon their return they opened another restaurant known as Park's Chicken Inn, which they operated until 1962. At the time of her passing, Mrs. Park was a partner, with her son Gregory and her husband Robert Jack in the Lethbridge Farmers Market. She is survived by her loving husband, Robert Jack, two sons, Gregory of Lethbridge and Robert A. of Fort Macleod; eight grandchildren; four sisters, Mary Thompson of Lethbridge, Irene Bowden of Taber, Vera Wayling of Kelowna, B.C. and Agnes Price of Lethbridge; and two brothers, Austin D.
