It should be used for the improvement of our town and for the good of our country. Are we' allowing it Jo leak away.? And are we doing any thing discover the leaks? Can't we put home trade to work? There is a workman who can stop the leaks. The tool he yses is mutual patronage. We farmers and merchants should get together as masters and use this powerful agent to stop the leak that is fast draining the re- sources of this town and It takes co-operalion. Trial's Community develop- ment is an actuality. It is a real living thing. It has passed the "hope-so" ex- perimental state. Go-operation of town and country bespeaks community growth. The' prosperity of the farmer, and the merchant travel hand in hand. Deny one V-you other. Let misfortune overtake one- the other'suffers at his neighbour's discomfiture.
