the Indiana Family and Social Services Adminis tration to determine whether its Howard County Family and Child Services division needs the extra lion it has requested for next IFSSA PCS Director Hmurovich on Wednesday and asked him to look into Howard County Director James McCleans budget acting on behalf of the peo ple of Howard County and the county to get justification for what he is asking Howard McCleans like county welfare budgets will be Bplit into general welfare and a hew Family and Children Fund for the first time next The mandated by is intended to allow for better track
