Board May seek school busing Cut Muncie a the Mun Cie Community school Board is expected to vote tuesday to notify the Indi Ana department of Educa Tion that it intends to cancel busing in three years. The state requires schools to notify the department and their local communities three years in Advance of cancelling busing. I pow to get $1.3m from state Purdue fort Wayne a Indi Ana Purdue fort Wayne is receiving nearly $1.3 million in additional state funding due to actions by gov. Mike Pence and Purdue University. The journal Gazette re ported Friday that Pence recently directed the state Bud get Agency to release $26.4 million in Reserve funds that had been withheld from Indi Anas Public universities and if was share was about $780,000. Also Purdue has reallocated $500,000 of its budget to help fund pay raises for i pow faculty and staff.
