FEDERAL COURT Columbus Ohio impeachment in the state legislature State Treasurer Bert B Buckley has resigned as an out come of his conviction in federal court of attempted bribery and participation in a brewers conspir acy to violate the prohibition laws Buckley capitulated late yester day to Gov Myers K Coopers de mands that he resign Vriting three resignations within a few hours the last submitting 1o uncondition al release of his office While two house committees worked yesterday in preparation for impeachment action Buckley opened negotiations with a resig nation effective February
