Knoxville and Knox county voters also approved a Bond Issue at the same time for Purchase of machines. Chattanooga and Hamilton county voters May ballot on a similar proposal in the novem Ber election. East Ridge town ship near Chattanooga has approved a plan to buy six machines for use in november. There appeared Little Prospect though that the machines will be placed in use by november in any part of the state s other major population centers.
