jail citizens committee presents report to special meeting of county commissioners by Eric Zarate times staff writer Kerrville Kerr county needs a new jail that will hold 95110 prisoners and the sheriff needs to make contracts with other counties to hold excess inmates until then a jail committee report says the jail committee 12 citizens appointed by Kerr county commissioners last november presented its report to county judge Danny Edwards and the rest of the commissioners at a special meeting thursday Edwards and the commissioners declined comment until they study the report the 119page report includes a list of nine recommendations suggested remedies or followups cover the jail the juvenile detention Center and county office space vice chairman Curtis monies made the presentation to the commissioners think it might need to be a Little bigger who can say crimes not stopping Frances Kaiser but no discussion followed about 80 pages of the report Are reprints of Trout fishing tank and a Turkey calling contest according to co chairmen Marc Walton and Joe Redcar of the Sunrise Lions exotic wildlife on display will in clude a Llama a miniature Donkey an Axis
