Under the present two year Federal contract be who should be Able to build 12 More houses in the county by nov. 2 As part of the 32 allocated but it now appears that the number wont be reached due to a Lack of eligible applicants noted Amy Gonzales. The be who executive director thinks there Are eligible families but May be having problems getting the right information a dozen members Learned at the Edc meeting called by chairman Bonnie Morrow. A couple of business people Felt the same Way relating they had known a few people who had gone to apply but seemed to receive conflicting information As to applying and eligibility. Gonzales indicated a Quot catch 22�?� situation exists with applicants not encouraged much by Farmers Home officials. She suggested it May have something to do with an extensive staff turnover in the past three years in the local Omha office in Elkhorn. The result is the likelihood be who will not meet its contract obligations.
