District on tuesday the same being the amount of the judgment secured against the bonding company As the result of a recent trial in the Federal court litigation Over the funds of the school District that were on de posit in the first National Bank at at the time of the Banks failure has been carried on for a period of about two years when the Bank closed its doors the Ironwood school District had on Deposit there the same being secured by a Bond issued by the United states Fidelity guaranty company the bonding company resisted payment setting up numerous reasons Why it should not recoup District and the latter brought suit the court rendered what at the time was called a Compromise verdict for the amount named above in Addi Tion to the amount of the judgment the District has also
