regular meeting were read and approved petition no 140 by w b shove agent relative to placing a fire hydrant at the North end of Mansfield Street was read and referred to the committee on fire and water 150 by j h Urquhart anal 21 others asking that the City offer a Reward for theatre stand conviction of any person who deliberately and wilfully throws or depos its in any Street or Alley or other place any broken Glass tacks nails and like obstructions whereby darn age will be done to horses hoofs automobile and bicycle tires Etc was read and on motion received and placed on file to the collector where there Are no alleys cans should be placed conveniently inside the Yard when filthy leaking or in any Way defective cans should be put into the garbage can All refuse from the
