In this state to drive notice that the surplus lands left after the adjustment of the land Grant to the Chicago St. Paul it Minneapolis and Omaha railway company will not be opened to settlement until april is 1801, but that applications to make Homestead entries thereof will be received and filed in the order of presentation on april 17, 185 1, and that no claims of priority Are to be recognized because of settlements made while such lands were under withdrawal for railway purposes or before april 18, when those tracts for which applications have not been filed will be open to both settlement and entry.
