Fesler Ellis Yeggy and Alpheus Bear As plaintiffs claiming and alleging that the plaintiffs Ellis Yeggy and Alpheus Bear Are in equal shares the record and equitable owners in fee simple of the said one Hundred feet of real estate situated in said lot number one described in the caption Hereof and that the plaintiff Mary Ellen Yeggy the record and equitable owner in fee simple of All the remainder of the aforesaid real estate described above in the caption Hereof and said caption is made a part of this notice and that they and the persons from and through whom they respectively claim and have derived their titles to said real estate As hereinafter stated have had the undisturbed Adverse Possession thereof under both color of title and claim of right for More than Twenty years last past. That you have had some claims right and title to said real estate and that the interest that said unknown claimants have and claim to have therein Are by gift. Grant devise pledge. A portion of the said one Hundred feet in length of lot number one and All of the remainder of said real estate which is owned by the plaintiff Mary Ellen Yeggy is derived by the plaintiffs respectively from and through one Joseph Yeggy deceased and by the will of said deceased said Mary Ellen Yeggy became and now is tin owner of All the real estate owned by the testator at the time of his death and the defendants have no right title or interest in and to the whole or any portion of the real estate owned by said testator at the time of his death. The plaintiff Mary Ellen Yeggy heretofore conveyed to the defendant Mary Wingier the undivided one half of the real estate described As the South West Quarter of the South West Quarter except the South three chains and forty links thereof of said Section number eighteen and she derived her title to the same from said testator and the said Mary Ellen Yeggy had lawful right and authority to make said Sale and conveyance and the said Mary Wingier thereby became the owner in fee simple of the real estate so conveyed. The plaintiffs Mary Yeggy and d. A. Fesler Are the owners of the improvements situated on a portion of Block number Twenty three in the original plat of the town of Riverside in said county consisting principally of an elevator store House and other structures and appurtenances thereto used in the Grain business. That you and your Legal representatives and heirs have sold and conveyed to the plaintiffs and the persons and parties through whom they claim title to said real estate and property respectively of record and that the Are now the owners of All j your right title and interest in and to said real estate and property or a any part thereof.
