There shall be but one session per annul a a mme Ncik a on last Day of july. 2. The regular for receiving pupils a into Asylum shall be immediately preceding St monday of 3. The Ordinary coarse of instruction in As Liun a Hall extend through a period of years and scholars having passed creditably through this course shall receive certificates accordingly 4. Pupils from this state a Biall be provided for by institution in 11 respects clothing and travelling expenses excepted at rate of seventy dollars per annul and pupils from other states rate of one Hundred dollars per Anoum.
