Yet that is the record of rabbi Gedalyah Gerald Engel of the Purdue Hillel foundation. Why one rabbi should have remained in the state for such a Long period had to do with a number of factors which Are unusual and in this Case it was rabbi Engels empathy for Young people and his eternal own youthfulness which never lets him feel that he is on any higher level than the incoming freshman.
