David Fogle president of congregation by Nai torah has been appointed vice president of the Midwest Region of the Union of orthodox jewish congregations of America. His appointment was announced by rabbi Ronald Green president. This is Fogles fourth year at this Post. 5 years ago sol Blickman was re elected president of the Indianapolis hebrew congregation. He will serve a term of 10 years. During his first term 1950-1960, membership at the congregation increased from 520 to 751. Blickman is Active in Many other civic services. He was a founder of Avondale playhouse one of the founders of the Community concert service and served As vice president of the Delaware Trail school teacher Parent club. Michael Diamond educator at the Jea for the last five years resigned from his Post in order to accept a position in Denver Colo.
