3 Nixon Is Expected To Sign WASHINGTON UPI Con gress is sure to pass and President Nixon Is certain to sign the massive tax reform and relief bill that in one way or another will affect nearly every American HouseSenate conferees fi nished work on the bill the most comprehensive overhaul of the tax structure in this century Friday Congress will give its Monday or Tuesday then send it to Nixon But nothing in the bill will affect the amount of taxes Americans will have to pay next April 15 on income earned this year A highranking official wro could not be identified said there was little doubt Huntingdon County residents were killed instantly about 11 am Friday morningwhen the car in which they were traveling went out of control and crashed into a steelladen tractortrailer on snow covered
