He also says it makes Hirm feel Good about going to work for without rugged calisthenic he says standing on his feet All Day would be much More tiring. Very few people 60 and Over actually get enough physical exercise. According to a National adult physical fitness Survey Only 39 of this age group get any regular exercise at All. For most it takes the form of walking. Only one of the 32 million americans 60 and older jog As Johnson does. On the average a few More a three a ride bikes. About four swim. And six do calisthenic Why this Low rate of participation when doctors have stressed it is so vital for Good health the reasons Are Many and one is that older people never had physical education in school the Way their grandchildren get it now.
