agencies have their Way every child in North Carolina will be thoroughly tested by experts before entering kindergarten the 1975 general Assembly will be asked to provide million for the screening program and to make this testing a requirement for All children entering kindergarten full scale screening would not take place until 1978 the time when Public school kindergartens will be available
